Registration / Payment Procedures
Registration Fees
Minegoziibe Anishinabe Minor Hockey Association fees include all on and off ice activities. They do not include any optional incidental fees such as: spending money, transportation to and from events.
Payment
Balance is due upon signing up via the Minegoziibe Anishinabe Minor Hockey Association online web form or in person. Payments can be made in cash.
Cancellation / Refunds
10 Days or more prior to the start date of the season – 75% of the total will be refunded provided the cancellation is emailed in to Minegoziibe Anishinabe Minor Hockey Association.
9 – 6 Days prior to the start of the event – 50% of the total will be refunded provided the cancellation is emailed in to Minegoziibe Anishinabe Minor Hockey Association.
5 Days or less – no refunds will be given.
Miscellaneous
It is the responsibility of the parent / guardian to drop off and pick up the child on time as per the published schedule. Minegoziibe Anishinabe Minor Hockey Association does not accept responsibility for children who are left unattended beyond the hours listed in the published schedule.
Minegoziibe Anishinabe Minor Hockey Association does not accept responsibility for misplaced, lost or stolen equipment or personal belongings. All equipment or personal belongings should be clearly marked prior to arriving at the event.
Parent / Guardian Release
The Event Director reserves the right to dismiss a participant when it is determined to be in the best interests of the child and/or the event. In the event that a participant is dismissed from the Event, there will be no refund of event fees.
Minegoziibe Anishinabe Minor Hockey Association will provide necessary and appropriate supervision of participants. By submitting an event application (or signing the Release form), I give my approval to my child’s participation in all activities of Minegoziibe Anishinabe Minor Hockey Association and assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation and do waive. , release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless, other than for willful default or neglect on their part, Minegoziibe Anishinabe Minor Hockey Association, it’s officers, agents or employees.
I authorize Minegoziibe Anishinabe Minor Hockey Association to use my child’s photograph or video in publicity and news releases (including brochures, advertising in print and electronic format) at its discretion. In Signing (the application or Release Form), I certify that the applicant is in good physical shape and mental health.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand the “Terms and Conditions” including all Cancellation and Refund Policies and agree to abide by the terms.
