Mail-In Ballot Request Form – 2025 Election
Members of Minegoziibe Anishinabe who are unable to vote in person for the upcoming Chief and Council Election on June 10, 2025, may request a mail-in ballot.
To receive a mail-in voting package, please download and complete the Request for Mail-In Ballot Form and submit it, along with a copy of valid identification, to the Electoral Officer no later than June 4, 2025.
Once your request is processed, a ballot will be mailed to the address you provide. Please note: if you choose to vote by mail, you cannot vote in person unless you bring your mail-in ballot to the polling station to have it voided.
